- Hot springs: If you’re looking for a way to unwind and soothe sore muscles after a day of exploring, then a visit to the hot springs is a must. The peninsula is home to several hot springs that are fed by natural mineral water and are said to have therapeutic properties. Soaking in the warm waters and taking in the peaceful surroundings was the perfect way to end each day of my trip.
